Michael T. Sokolski is responsible for all tax services provided by the firm. Mike has thirty five years of experience in public accounting. He joined the firm in 1987.  Mike is a graduate of Bentley College (B. S. in Accounting), and Bentley College's Master of Science in Taxation Program.

Mike is also a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Mike is also an active member in various civic organizations in the North Shore area.

Mike has an extensive background in both corporate and personal taxation. His background provides experience in the tax aspects of 1) multi-state corporate and personal tax filings, 2) multi-state sales and use tax issues, 3) corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, 4) partnership taxation, 5) estate and retirement planning, and 6) representation before the Internal Revenue Service and Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
